Booking and payment
Retreat places are subject to availability and are confirmed only once payment has been received. Full details of what is included in each retreat are set out on the relevant retreat page.
Cancellation and refunds for retreats
Due to the nature of retreat planning and the costs involved, the following cancellation terms apply:
- Cancellation more than 90 days before the retreat start date: full refund less a 10% administration fee
- Cancellation between 90 and 60 days before the retreat start date: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 60 days before the retreat start date: no refund
We strongly recommend that you take out appropriate travel insurance to cover cancellation costs. We are not liable for any travel, accommodation or other costs you incur in connection with a retreat booking.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a retreat, we will give you as much notice as possible and offer a full refund of all amounts paid to us.
